At present, we have two key solutions - Sixunsoft OA (Office Automation) and Sixunsoft Image for cross industry.

Sixunsoft OA

OA solution can help companies manage fast information delivery and handle daily office works. It works mainly in the areas of email, memo, billboard, discussion board, information management, database, Human Resource management, library, logistics, project management, fixed asset management, work plan, meeting, file and authority management. All of these can be divided into four main function modules: human resource management, knowledge management, general service/affair management and personal affair management.

The independence of the modules makes it convenient for each company to customize its own OA system using any combination of the modules. The communication and cooperation system based on customer requirements helps the system administrator set up and manage the user interface collectively. The communication platform based on Internet standard can copy databases on a remote server to a local server so that information update can be kept simultaneously. Work flows are defined to help users inside and outside of the company work collaboratively. Calendars and group agendas are arranged to raise the efficiency of users.

Sixunsoft Image

The main function of Sixunsoft Image Solution is to exchange huge amounts of paper vouchers, files and documents into electronic images, then save and index the information onto disks, thus replace the traditional way of paper documents management. It's a great help to realize documents management automation for governments, businesses, financial and technology institutions.

Sixunsoft Image Solution includes a series of solutions: Indexing, Scanning, Bar code printing and Java Query.

Sixunsoft Image Indexing includes 6 functions: Indexing, form generator, query interface generator, image preview, authority management and user desktop setup. You need to scan your image files and index them to a certain file manually or automatically, then take a preview and rearrange it if needed. Image files with tiff, bmp, gif, jpg, pcx, png, tga, eps formats can all be processed.

Sixunsoft Image Solution has been applied for Shenzhen Stock Exchange and Guangdong Mobile Telecommunications as part of their image processing projects.
