* In February 1991, ISD was formally registered and established.

* In June 1993, ISD was accredited as Shenzhen Hi-tech Company by Shenzhen Science & Technology Bureau.

* In March 1994, the chief executive of IBM Louis Gerstner visited ISD

* In 1994, ISD worked cooperatively with IBM to complete the Retail/POS system for the largest retailer in the world, Walmart, in Shenzhen.

* In 1997, ISD moved to Shenzhen Hi-tech Industrial Estate.

* In 1999, "Sixunsoft 2001 Jin-Xiao-Cun" gained the award from China software Industry Association as one of the "recommended outstanding software product of the year".

* In 1999, "Sixunsoft Image Index" product was launched.

* In 2000, "Sixunsoft 2001 Jin-Xiao-Cun" gained the award of "recommended outstanding software product of the year" for the second time.

* In December 2000, ISD gained the certificate of computer information system integration Level 2 from Shenzhen Information Construction Committee.

* In January 2001, ISD began to be managed as one of two services delivery units of IBM Business Innovation Services Center (BISC), for IBM Global Services. ISD is charged with the responsibility to provide leading edge IT services for customers in South China and Hong Kong.

* In February 2001, ISD was accredited as Software Company by Ministry of Information Industry of China.

* In September 2001, ISD was accredited as Top 100 Science & Technology Company in Shenzhen.
